Justice Advocates is pleased to welcome Kim Bobo, Executive Director of the Virginia Interfaith Center for Public Policy, and Sheila Herlihy Hennessee, VICPP Faith Organizer, for a preview of legislative priorities in the 2024 Virginia General Assembly. Join us to hear about efforts to support health equity, criminal justice reform, affordable housing, and working families as well as an assault weapons ban and tax reform. Learn about how the General Assembly works and how your advocacy can make a difference.


Information about VICPP's in-person lobby day, the Day for All People (January 17) will also be shared.

  • Annual in-person lobby day

  • Meet with your legislators

  • Advocate for VICPP's priorities

  • Plenaries and workshops educate on how to work for  change

  • VICPP has arranged for a free bus trip from Roanoke departing at 5 a.m. from Roanoke College (tentative location) and returning about 5 p.m. Details provided with completed registration.
